Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in contract management or compliance, preferably in an IT MSP, VAR, or IT consulting firm
Strong knowledge of service-based contracts (MSAs, SOWs), cybersecurity clauses, and IT vendor agreements
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, engineering, legal, and finance departments
Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and IT audit standards (SOC2, ISO, NIST)
Experience managing compliance and onboarding documentation for multiple client environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and educate cross-functional teams
Familiarity with tools such as DocuSign, CLM software, vendor management systems, or Microsoft 365 compliance center
