Responsibilities
Mentor and schedule work for junior engineers and designers
Act as customer point of contact for active and upcoming projects
Perform engineering calculations and direct project design using industry standards
Prepare complex documentation including specifications and bid packages
Conduct detailed drawing reviews to ensure clarity and design accuracy
Oversee and train Project Engineers I and II
Use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Perform additional duties as required
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Electrical Engineering
5–10 years of applicable experience
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Proficiency in substation engineering (physical layout, P&C, relay settings, commissioning)
Experience mentoring junior engineers and CAD staff
Preferred
Client-facing experience
Experience developing proposals, specs, and bid documents
