Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and execute BI&A research in support of business objectives

Lead research projects end-to-end, from study design and vendor management to analysis and insight generation

Track competitors, products, and technology platforms; identify emerging trends and strategic implications

Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights and communicate effectively to senior leadership

Maintain up-to-date competitive landscapes and track competitors, products, and technology platforms

Champion a culture of evidence-based decision making

Required

7+ years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or strategy within the biopharmaceutical/oncology sector

Proven ability to design, manage, and interpret primary and secondary research studies, including direct experience designing surveys and discussion guides

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights

Experience managing external vendors and leading cross-functional projects

Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership

Comfort operating in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch biotech environment with cross-functional ambiguity

Self-starter who works successfully in a fast-paced, start-up environment

Ability to identify a path forward in ambiguous situations as well as to gain consensus amongst stakeholders with differing perspectives

Domestic and international travel as required
