Responsibilities

Lead and manage R&D projects focused on the development of advanced electronic polymers and formulations for Semiconductor and Displays applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and with customers to integrate new materials into product designs

Design, Develop, Lead and Conduct Project work from ground-up, and analyze data to drive material innovation and performance improvements

Required

Hands-on experience and expertise in Design and Synthesis of Organic, Inorganic, Hybrid Polymers and Coating Formulations

Demonstrated ability of Strategic Insights and Alignment with the Business Objectives

Accomplished and well documented track record of developing, scaling and launching new materials for high volume manufacturing

Strong knowledge of material characterization techniques and methodologies
