Responsibilities
Prospect and close new business while expanding your footprint with existing customers
Utilizing your human resources skills, recruit, screen, interview and refer qualified candidates for permanent placement with your clients
Negotiate written agreements and ensure proper execution of contracts with the client
Develop recruiting programs that will attract talented candidates to your openings
Enhancing the Company image in the external community through developing and maintaining relationships and activities with local organizations and community leaders
Qualification

Perform both sales and recruiting functions
Maintain own book of business through development of business prospects into clients
