Responsibilities

Manage projects across one or two business segments, coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders

Develop and monitor project plans, including customization of standard processes and templates as needed

Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring adherence to established requirements and timelines

Identify potential issues early, escalate concerns appropriately, and collaborate on issue resolution strategies

Track project financials, including billing, cost analysis, and opportunities for revenue enhancement through value-added services

Collaborate with legal, procurement, and finance teams to manage contractual and budgeting responsibilities

Conduct conflict resolution and negotiate solutions among internal teams and external partners

Gather and estimate project sizing information, ensuring accurate resource allocation and delivery estimates

Monitor project performance and adjust plans to optimize productivity and reduce delivery costs

Support in maintaining compliance with organizational policies and process standards during project execution
