Qualification
Required
Highly experienced Senior Immigration Paralegal
Experience with extraordinary ability and treaty-based matters, including EB-1A, O-1A, E-1, and E-2 visas
Drafting-heavy role (approximately 80%)
Ability to manage 20–25 cases concurrently
Works independently with minimal supervision
Thrives in a scaling practice
Reside in Texas, Massachusetts, or Illinois
