Strong alignment between sales and marketing to ensure reps are set up to win

Qualification
Required
Alternative Financing Experience minimum of 1 year of experience selling alternative financing products
Ability to handle the full sales cycle
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and close deals confidently
Self-motivated and resilient - thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with daily outbound calls
Coachable and eager to learn, with a growth mindset and hunger to exceed sales targets consistently
Comfortable with CRM tools and digital workflows (Salesforce experience is a plus)
