Responsibilities
Ensure the effective flow and coordination of paperwork and project information across the project team
Prepare and distribute daily and monthly construction reports to the Project Manager and CMTSS (Principal) Program Manager
Log, route, and manage all submittals, including:
Requests for Information (RFIs)
Change documents
Cost estimates
Daily QA and Safety Reports
Ensure all incoming documentation is logged and distributed within 48 hours
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and hard-copy project files
Manage and update project databases, including:
RFIs
Submittals
Change Orders
Issue Logs
Non-Compliance Notices
Maintain all electronic documents on a shared network drive in accordance with document control standards
Verify that contractors are meeting submittal deliverable requirements per contract specifications
Ensure submittal registers are accurate and updated in real time
Support submittal and specification review processes
Complete, accurate, and timely project documentation
Fully maintain project files and databases at all times
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related technical field or an equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in document management and database systems
