Responsibilities

Contribute to our national project delivery team and make a valuable difference every day to our high-profile client organizations focusing on governance & compliance

Assist clients with various special projects requiring compliance expertise

Enhance knowledge of all aspects of benefit plan compliance, design and operation

Employ the most cutting-edge tools and resources and work with some of the world’s experts in retirement plan design and management

Interact with a national group of colleagues on project delivery

Required

Current college student (at least a junior) required, preferably in a program with heavy emphasis on business and/or law or pursuing a degree in Legal Studies, English, or a related field with strong writing and analytical skills

Minimum overall GPA of 3.0

Strong interest in employee benefits law, ERISA compliance, and governance

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a close team environment

This role will be hybrid, requiring a mix of remote and in-office work depending on project needs. It is expected that you are within a commutable distance to one of our office locations
