Qualification
Required
1-2 years of proven experience in a customer service or similar support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software
1-2 Years of Experience
Must have strong communication skills, both oral and verbal
