Responsibilities

Analyze building system data, identify performance issues, and translate technical findings into clear recommendations that drive real-world results
Work closely with customers, field technicians, and internal stakeholders to prioritize issues, support corrective actions, and deliver measurable improvements in comfort, reliability, and energy performance
Take ownership of customer outcomes and be accountable for key performance indicators tied to assigned accounts
Provide quality recommendations for building operations to customers

Required

Demonstrated ability to work closely with clients and deliver clear, high-quality communication that leads to a positive customer experience
Mechanical field experience equivalent to a 4th-year union apprentice or higher, with hands-on exposure to commercial HVAC systems
BS in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
Professional certifications such as CEM, CMVP, or BCxP (Building Commissioning Professional)
Analyzing BAS and operational trend data to evaluate HVAC system performance
Identifying and diagnosing system-level performance issues across air-side and water-side systems
Supporting continuous commissioning or fault detection and diagnostics (FDD) efforts in occupied buildings
Collaborating with technicians, engineers, or operators to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations
High ownership, Results Orientated

Preferred

Experience with Niagara or Siemens software, IT networks in the built environment, or mechanical system design is a plus
