They are seeking a Service Tech Apprentice to collaborate with senior technicians in HVAC system change-outs, assist with reconnecting components, and support system startup activities.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior technicians to remove, set, and secure HVAC equipment during system change-outs

Assist with reconnecting ductwork, piping, drains, and electrical components under supervision

Support system startup activities, including testing, inspection, and performance verification

Assist in identifying and addressing basic system issues through observation and guided testing

Proficiently operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment

Support material staging, equipment delivery coordination, and jobsite organization

Safely drive a motor vehicle and trailer, follow company vehicle driving policies, and adhere to all company safety requirements

Maintain equipment, vehicles, and tools in a clean and safe condition

Required

Entry-level candidates with a strong interest in HVAC systems and mechanical work are encouraged to apply

High School Diploma or GED

Maintains required registrations, professional licenses, and/or certifications as required by the position

Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment

Basic math skills

Must have reliable Transportation

Professional demeanor with solid interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Punctual, dependable, and safety-focused

Demonstrates strong business ethics at all times

Preferred

Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
