Integrated Solutions Engineer I
The University of North Florida is seeking an Integrated Solutions Engineer I to assist in designing, developing, and implementing software and technology solutions. The role involves administering enterprise applications, supporting integrations, and advising on functional requirements.

Responsibilities
Administer and support UNF Enterprise Applications
Configure, develop, extend, maintain, and support 3rd party and locally written solutions to enhance Enterprise Applications
Develop and support interfaces and integration points between Enterprise Applications, ERP and other systems
Primary functions require the ability to understand and write T-SQL statements, code in Microsoft PowerShell, develop and deploy solutions in Microsoft Visual Studio, an understanding of REST APIs, and ETL / SSIS development
Advise and consult with customers in functional areas regarding requirements for Enterprise Applications and translate functional requirements into technical specifications
Perform quality control activities such as monitoring, administering, testing, debugging, and documenting configurations, changes, and deployments
Deploy and support completed solutions to production
Plan, organize and document work efforts, prioritize multiple projects, and may coordinate and guide the technical efforts of other stakeholders
Advises higher management on current trends in information technology that affect the direction and scope of online education systems
Frequent and moderate level of internal business contact with personnel in functional areas for the purpose of determining system functional requirements
Attends meetings of Information Technology Services staff; utilizes staff resources when situations require additional expertise
Assist in the preparation & delivery of workshops and training programs
During declared campus emergencies, this position may be required to perform specific job-related duties at a designated off campus location or place of residence
Qualification
Required
Master's or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219
Familiarity with industry standard integration practices and methods
Experience with common integration technologies, the following all providing: - Direct relevant experience: REST API, SOAP API, Graph API, message bus, delimited file, fixed file, EDI, SFTP, SQL, TSQL, PL/SQL
Experience with any major integration platforms is a plus, the following providing specific relevant experience: Boomi, Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services
Familiarity with Service Management platforms, incident management, ITIL
Must be able to interpret and apply University policy to our enterprise platforms
