Responsibilities

Lead compensation-related financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning across multiple business lines
Develop and maintain detailed compensation models covering base salary, carried interest, long term incentive compensation, deferred compensation, and benefit-related expenses
Analyze compensation trends and expense drivers to support senior management decision-making
Partner with Finance and FP&A teams to ensure accurate compensation accruals, expense forecasting, and alignment with firmwide financial plans
Support quarterly and annual reporting processes related to compensation expense, headcount, and incentive pools
Prepare clear and concise materials for executive leadership, including dashboards, summaries, and ad hoc analyses
Support the execution of annual compensation review processes, including bonus planning, scenario analysis, and approval workflows
Coordinate with Human Capital and business leaders to ensure compensation outcomes align with performance, market benchmarks, and firm objectives
Assist in the administration and analysis of deferred compensation and long-term incentive programs
Work closely with Human Capital, Legal, Tax, and Compliance teams on compensation-related initiatives and governance requirements
Identify opportunities to enhance compensation processes, controls, and reporting infrastructure as the firm continues to scale
Contribute to special projects related to compensation strategy, workforce planning, and organizational growth

Required

6-10+ years of experience in compensation analytics, financial planning & analysis, human capital finance, or related roles within private equity, alternatives investment management, investment banking, financial services, or professional services
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset with sound judgment and discretion
Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

Prior experience supporting compensation processes in a complex, multi-entity organization strongly preferred
Advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus but not required
