They are seeking an HRIS Intern to join their HRIS team, where the intern will learn about Human Resource Management Systems and lead technical projects while providing support and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Learn the HRMS that support the Post Holding business model
Lead 1-2 impactful technical projects from inception to implementation
Provide project documentation and status updates to Project Manager and team members
Participate in assessments, technical reviews, and provide technical services for other team members projects
Provide technical support for platforms managed by the HRIS Team
Make recommendations on continuous improvement activities and new technologies
Qualification
Required
Must be actively pursuing a 4-year degree at an accredited university
Pursuit of an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study
Should have strong mathematical skills
Ability to multi-task and occasionally work in a fast-paced environment
Must display a professional appearance and attitude
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Windows 10 / 11 Operating system familiarity at an advanced user or administrator level
Knowledge of Cloud concepts such as SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Hybrid and Public cloud
Understanding of Zero Trust security concepts and least privilege access
Preferred
Highly desirable to have strong MicroSoft Excel skills
Advanced Microsoft Office familiarity is a plus (Excel, Visio, PPT)
Any training or coursework with programming and writing SQL is a plus
Course/syllabus completions involving or associated with 'Logic' is a plus
