Responsibilities
Execute full PCB layout cycles including placement, routing, reviews, and release
Design multilayer, HDI, rigid-flex, and flex PCBs for space, weight, and thermal constraints
Define stackups, impedance targets, and signal integrity constraints
Apply DFM/DFA best practices and support high-volume manufacturability
Generate fabrication drawings, BOMs, ECOs, and release documentation
Collaborate with fabrication and assembly vendors to validate designs
Troubleshoot and resolve PCB performance, reliability, and manufacturability issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical field
5+ years of electrical engineering experience with 2+ years of PCB layout ownership
Strong proficiency with Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro/OrCAD
Deep knowledge of high-speed PCB design, impedance control, and signal integrity
Experience with HDI, blind/buried vias, back-drilling, and rigid-flex designs
Ability to manage complex designs independently from concept to release
U.S. Person status required due to ITAR regulations
