Responsibilities

Leading and developing the Project Engineering team across all project phases
Defining and implementing engineering strategies, processes, and standards
Managing design activities with third-party consultants and contractors
Advising on technology selection, project development, and contract negotiations
Mentoring engineers and managers to build technical expertise and best practices
Ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and safety requirements
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget

Required

8+ years of renewable energy experience (wind, solar, or storage) or similar industry background and experience
4+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams or similar background and experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related discipline
demonstrate success in managing complex projects and mitigating technical risks
communicate effectively and can translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about innovation and sustainability
