Responsibilities
Define product vision, success metrics, and prioritized roadmaps for agent-facing and consumer-facing Medicare products
Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, Engineering, and Design to identify needs and translate them into clear product requirements
Lead discovery, user research, and workflow analysis to optimize agent efficiency and deliver a high-quality enrollment experience
Drive iterative product development, ensuring features are delivered on time and with measurable impact
Monitor product performance, analyze data, and refine solutions to improve conversion, customer satisfaction, and operational outcomes
Ensure products meet Medicare regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience discovering and delivering customer-facing digital products, ideally in health insurance or Medicare environments
Proven ability to define strategy, manage roadmaps, and work hands-on with engineering
Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting complex datasets
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical staff
Experience with user research, process optimization, or workflow tools
Deep empathy for the mission of helping people navigate health care in retirement
An ability to defend design details in the creation of a people-friendly digital experience
Familiarity with creating with mobile-first web-based solutions
Strong communication skills, with a clear ability to express ideas in writing as well as comfort in presentations to advocate for your solutions
