Contracts Negotiator - Aerospace and Defense

They are seeking a motivated Contracts Negotiator to support contract lifecycle activities for U.S. Government defense programs, ensuring compliance and performance while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Interface with government and prime customers on routine contractual matters
Review and analyze RFPs/RFQs for compliance and risk; prepare proposal documentation and pricing support
Negotiate contract terms and conditions under supervision, including delivery schedules
Support Cost or Pricing Data (Truthful Cost or Pricing Data statute; formerly TINA) requirements, sweeps, and certifications; coordinate fact‑finding and DCAA/DCMA interactions
Review contract modifications and maintain accurate records
Assist with contract closeout and reporting requirements
Guide internal stakeholders on contractual interpretation, risk posture, and change management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
3+ years of government contracting experience, specifically Department of Defense (Department of War)
Working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and TINA/CCOPD
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
