Responsibilities
Build workflows/agentic pipelines for complex analytical workloads
Design evaluation framework and carry out evaluations of our query processing engine
Work closely with customers and founders to define the product and engineering roadmap
Shape up the engineering culture and tech stack for the company
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills and proven ability to work with hard NLP problems
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Preferred
Background in search/retrieval, LLMs, and evaluation pipelines is plus
Experience working in startup/fast paced teams is highly desirable
