The Compliance Analyst Intern will support the organization’s compliance program by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, leveraging AI tools for policy management and enhancing operational efficiency through digital workflows.

Responsibilities

Use AI tools to generate concise, accurate summaries of compliance policies and procedures

Maintain a centralized repository of policy summaries in SharePoint for cross-functional access and reference

Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, and Privacy teams to ensure AI-generated content aligns with approved language and intent

Design Smartsheet workflows to track compliance-related requests (e.g., sponsorships, Advisory Boards, Market Research, etc.)

Ensure timely routing, escalation, and resolution of requests within the Smartsheet platform

Monitor workflow metrics and generate reports to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (junior year or above) or a graduate degree in Life Sciences, Business, Legal Studies, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of Fall 2026 or later

Experience with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) for document summarization or automation

Proficiency in SharePoint and Smartsheet

Strong project management skills

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
