Responsibilities
Maintain and update the enterprise business glossary using Collibra, ensuring terms are well-defined, approved, and aligned with business standards
Collaborate with stakeholders across Regulatory, Clinical, Commercial, and Manufacturing functions to validate glossary entries
Assist in mapping glossary terms to data assets and metadata within Databricks and other platforms
Identify and resolve inconsistencies, duplicates, and outdated terminology
Support the documentation of glossary governance processes and contribute to user guides and training materials
Use Excel to track glossary changes, manage term inventories, and generate reports for stakeholders
Participate in data governance meetings and contribute to discussions on terminology standardization and metadata management
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Life Sciences, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field with an expected graduation date of Fall 2026 or later
Basic experience or coursework in data governance, metadata management, or enterprise data platforms
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
Preferred
Working knowledge of Collibra, Databricks, and Excel preferred
Familiarity with pharmaceutical business processes and terminology preferred
