Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, and organizing files
Handle correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and mail distribution
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, and reimbursements
Support project management tasks by tracking deadlines and deliverables
Serve as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and staff inquiries
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities
Support a smooth onboarding process for expatriates, coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation, and orientation programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
Authorized to work in the US
Preferred
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is highly desirable
Experience working in a multicultural or international environment
Basic knowledge of project management tools or software
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
