Responsibilities

Lead engineers across projects
Architect and build full-stack feature end-to-end (Ruby on Rails, Python, SQL, JS/Vue/React)
Drive technical vision, code quality standards, and engineering best practices
Communicate complex concepts simply and help technical and non-technical teams align
Ship quickly in iterative cycles: prototype, launch, iterate, scale
Make pragmatic trade-offs to deliver value fast while maintaining product integrity
Use AI tools to speed up engineering output for yourself and your team
Build, maintain, and scale SaaS products that serve real patients and clinicians
Own migrations, services, APIs, and long-term maintainability

Qualification

Required

7+ years full-cycle and full-stack experience (preferably Ruby on Rails + JS/Vue)
Managed a team of at least 2 engineers
You've built, shipped, and maintained production SaaS systems for years
Strong architectural instincts and ability to coach others
Clear communicator with high signal and low ego
Startup or fast-paced environment experience

Preferred

Bonus: Healthcare, HL7/FHIR, data ingestion, ML/LLM interest
