Responsibilities

Support preparation, review, and validation of FR Y-14M and FR Y-14Q submissions, with contribution to FR 2052a reporting, ensuring compliance with Federal Reserve instructions and timelines
Perform data quality checks, reconciliations, trend analysis, and reasonableness reviews to confirm accuracy and completeness of regulatory submissions
Partner with the Regulatory Pod Owner to coordinate and track regulatory data remediation initiatives, including milestones, dependencies, and supervisory commitments
Identify, document, and escalate data issues, execution risks, and reporting exceptions that may impact regulatory deliverables
Execute and maintain regulatory reporting controls, attestations, reconciliations, and supporting documentation to evidence control effectiveness
Assist with responses to Federal Reserve inquiries, internal audits, and regulatory exams; support drafting of remediation plans, management responses, and progress updates
Serve as a liaison across Risk, Finance, Treasury, Liquidity, Technology, Data, and Compliance teams to drive issue resolution, facilitate meetings, and communicate remediation status

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
Hands-on experience with FR Y-14M and/or FR Y-14Q reporting (required); familiarity with FR 2052a
Experience supporting regulatory remediation programs, issue management, or supervisory commitments
Strong understanding of regulatory reporting controls, data quality, and risk management concepts
Proven ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead meetings, document outcomes, and drive follow-up
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)

Preferred

Experience working within a regulatory pod or remediation program structure
Exposure to credit services, liquidity risk, treasury, or capital planning functions
Familiarity with Federal Reserve supervisory processes, MRAs/MRIAs, and regulatory exams
Knowledge of data governance concepts including data lineage, CDEs, and data quality rules
Experience producing governance materials, dashboards, and executive-level reporting
Experience operating in fast-paced, high-volume regulatory environments
