Responsibilities
Lead and Develop the Team: Manage a small team of BI professionals to execute both operational and strategic initiatives, fostering growth and continuous improvement
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to plan, prioritize, and deliver enterprise-wide BI functionality aligned with business goals
Vendor Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for BI vendors, overseeing product implementations and enablement sessions
BI Advocacy and Enablement: Act as an on-site BI advocate, maximizing the value of BI tools, promoting user adoption, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
Platform Administration: Oversee BI server health, performance tuning, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and configuration management
Best Practices and Governance: Define and enforce BI platform standards, coding conventions, and security frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability
Data Democratization: Drive the expansion of self-service analytics capabilities and ensure equitable access to trusted data across the enterprise
Training and Engagement: Organize and host internal user sessions for education, enablement, and cross-functional collaboration
Technical Guidance: Provide documentation, sample code, and recommendations for efficient data access, SQL optimization, and database connectivity
Security and Access Control: Define and manage BI and data access security policies to ensure data integrity and compliance
Qualification
Required
