Responsibilities
Devising and engaging mitigation strategies to prevent real time attacks, using Akamai products & platform
Performing advanced analysis to identify attacks and threats to customer's digital properties and/or their business network
Communicating with customers regarding challenges and providing updates and results on your mitigation and analysis
Innovating around tooling development & product enhancement
Being a good advocate to customer centricity during day-to-day operations & incidents
Qualification
Required
Obtain 3 years relevant industry experience on primarily networking OR Akamai Platform OR Web application Security
Have an in-depth understanding of networking fundamentals; Basic networking, TCP, IP, UDP
Demonstrate knowledge of how the internet works, including, DNS. HTTP, Suite of IP Protocols
Understand OWASP Top 10 and their relation to internet service compromises and attacks
Need to demonstrate excellent verbal & written communication skills and excellent collaboration & team work
Have passion and ability to learn new tools and technologies and problem solving
