Responsibilities
Build and support automations by assisting in designing and implementing workflows in low-code platforms, helping automate manual processes across teams, and maintaining and updating existing automations, forms, and dashboards
Connect systems and data by supporting integrations between CRM, operational systems, and analytics tools; working with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks under guidance; and monitoring workflows to help troubleshoot issues
Improve business processes by documenting processes, gathering requirements, identifying opportunities for automation with stakeholders, and supporting the standardization and scaling of workflows
Leverage AI tools by assisting in embedding AI/LLM (Large Language Model) capabilities into workflows, experimenting with new AI tools, sharing findings with the team, and helping measure performance and gather user feedback
Provide project and operational support by building or enhancing lead-handoff automations; supporting scheduling, routing, or capacity workflows; integrating AI into customer messaging or internal tools; creating or maintaining dashboards for operational insights; and streamlining onboarding, compliance, or payroll workflows to reduce repetitive processes from hours to minutes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred or 1-2 years relevant work experience
Exposure to low-code or no-code platforms (Make/Zapier/n8n, Power Automate, Airtable or similar)
Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, and how systems connect
