Designs and develops system architectures, and defines key capabilities and performance requirements

Defines total systems design and technology maturity constraints in accordance with mission requirements

Develops system element architecture and design and interface definitions

Defines system implementation approach and operational concept

Develops models and architectural guidelines for current and future system development

Qualification

5 +years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience
