Lead Java Production Support
Ehub Global is seeking a Lead Java Production Support professional to manage L2/L3 support for Java/J2EE applications in a 24x7 environment. The role involves incident management, troubleshooting, and leading a team of support engineers to ensure application performance and adherence to service level agreements.

Responsibilities
Lead L2/L3 production support for Java/J2EE applications in a 24x7 environment (on-call as required)
Act as the primary escalation point for critical production incidents and outages
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent fixes
Ensure adherence to SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs for incident and problem management
Coordinate incident resolution with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Infra, DBA, Network)
Troubleshoot complex issues related to Java, Spring, Microservices, APIs, and Batch Jobs
Analyze application logs, thread dumps, heap dumps, and performance metrics
Support deployments, hotfixes, patches, and release rollouts
Monitor application health using tools such as Splunk, ELK, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic , etc
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of production support engineers
Assign incidents, review resolutions, and ensure quality of fixes
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and maintain support documentation
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
Qualification
Required
