Patient Rep-Phys Billing
Catholic Health is seeking a Patient Representative to manage administrative duties related to patient care in a team-based environment. The role involves scheduling appointments, handling physician correspondence, and ensuring accurate billing for patient services.

Answering phones

Responsible for accurate and timely billing
Perform follow up on outstanding accounts
Cash posting and reconciliation
Preparing patient charts for visits
Contacting insurance companies for referrals and authorizations
Assisting patients with various needs when not providing direct patient care clinical support
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED required
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Excellent interpersonal skills and effective written and oral communication skills to enhance population specific service, team collaboration and analytical problem-solving
Can multitask and work efficiently
Able to use, maintain and troubleshoot office equipment
Preferred
Associates degree or completion of a related specialty program in an accredited school is preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology desirable
