Logistics Supervisor
E80 Group is a multinational company specializing in automated and integrated intralogistics solutions for manufacturers of consumer goods. The Logistics Supervisor will ensure customer satisfaction by managing the flow of orders and acting as a liaison between customer service and the 3PL fulfillment provider, while also overseeing inventory practices and handling spare parts returns.

Responsibilities
Manage the flow of orders from E80 SAP to the 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) provider’s WMS – Extensiv
Create daily, Delivery Notes in SAP for spare parts and RSPL for both sales and warranty orders
Prioritize customer orders based on urgency identified by the Spare Parts’s team or as communicated by the Spare Parts Manager
Plan the shipment of parts or consumables required for Maintenance, Service or Retrofit orders, according to the interventions’ schedule provided by Customer Service Coordinators and Project Managers
Monitor the day to day workflows at the warehouse, helping 3PL staff understand priorities and workload
Close daily monitoring of urgent customer orders is necessary
Hold 3PL accountable for following inventory best practices, ensuring that E80 inventory assets are secured, protected from damage, and properly accounted for
Oversee the handling of spare parts returns from customers, assess the condition of returned components, and post the necessary transactions in the system. Is the local point of contact and escalation source when a return does not meet restocking requirements
Assists the 3PL to investigate stock variances using information from both E80 SAP and the 3PL WMS
Act as primary point of contact for the SP team for:
Authorization of credits and parts returns
Triggering drop-shipments procedures for urgent deliveries from Italy
Supporting inventory analysis
Programming components ordered by customers using equipment and instructions provided by E80
Qualification
Required
Onsite expert of E80 spare parts components, able to identify, and assist spare parts representatives with marginally technical questions
Providing excellent customer service is crucial
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, suppliers, internal E80 teams
Proficient in the use of E80 SAP (S4 & ECC)
Skilled in the use of 3PL's WMS – Extensiv
Knowledgeable in E80 processes and procedures
Must be analytical and detail oriented
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools is required
Must be analytically natured and detail oriented
Preferred
SAP working knowledge is preferred
