Responsibilities
Lead the annual planning process, working closely with the Head of FP&A and the CFO to smoothly run annual planning
Integrate with the business in their annual planning workstream to ensure alignment cross functionally between FP&A and the business
Own the Free Cash Flow forecast and all related cash metrics
Assist with ad-hoc strategic analysis as necessary
Partner with FP&A and other key stakeholders to leverage and improve processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness as the company grows and scales
Qualification
Required
Able and willing to come into SF HQ as needed (up to 2x a week)
4+ years of experience in FP&A, with at least 1 year of Corporate FP&A
Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills
Advanced Excel/GSheets and PowerPoint/GSlides skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presenting analyses to senior leadership
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision
Proficiency with FP&A systems required, Anaplan and Tableau experience is a HUGE plus
Preferred
Experience in a high-growth global high tech/software/SaaS organization is a plus
