Responsibilities

Own and manage relationships with key restaurant brands, serving as their main point of contact
Unlock revenue opportunities through strategic upselling and cross-selling
Analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and present data-driven recommendations to help partners optimize their performance
Create and execute strategic plans to achieve merchants goals
Build strong relationships with mid-level and senior stakeholders both internally and externally
Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and work with internal teams to resolve them
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success teams, and other cross functional areas to drive merchant growth and satisfaction

Required

A minimum of 4 years of full time experience
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant experience in account management or strategic sales with Enterprise clients (preferably in a tech, SaaS, advertising or retail media company)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Creative thinker with a passion for problem-solving and driving innovation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment, with a proactive and results-driven mindset
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets
Organizational skills - you'll need to prioritize ongoing processes and projects simultaneously
Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking. Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and build high impact presentations and deliverables
Experience with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Excel)
Ability to travel 25% of the time
