Responsibilities

Own and consistently achieve or exceed annual activation and utilization targets across assigned territories and accounts by coaching your team to provide an extraordinary degree of strategic discovery, executive engagement, project urgency and solution selling at all levels of healthcare organizations
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Develop a strong network of Key Opinion Leaders to promote the rapid adoption of Phagenyx
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends and communicate to key stakeholders
Lead recruitment efforts for capital and clinical sales roles; develop, mentor, and coach direct reports to drive performance, engagement, and retention
Lead a strong team in developing and managing the market strategy, ensuring successful business growth in both short and long term
Maintain P&L responsibility while demonstrating an unwavering commitment to ethical business practices
Build clinical, financial, technical, and administrative sponsorship through expert industry knowledge and intense customer strategic discovery
Articulate and demonstrate the economic value of Phagenyx through compelling, data-driven ROI analyses

Required

Demonstrated leadership excellence with strong business and financial acumen
Proven sales executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Follow a defined and complex sales process with an average sales cycle of 6-9 months
Ability to travel up to 75%
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5 years sales leadership experience in healthcare capital selling meeting and exceeding budget

Preferred

10 years sales leadership experience in healthcare capital selling meeting and exceeding budget
Innovative technology/start up experience preferred
