They are seeking a Construction Management Intern to assist with various construction management tasks while gaining real-world business experience and shadowing professionals in the field.

Responsibilities

Assist with various construction management tasks such as submittal and RFI review, pay application and change order review, project budgeting and estimation, schedule review, punchlist coordination, project commissioning coordination, etc

Shadow various roles in the Construction Management and Operations department, including (but not limited to) Construction Site Superintendents, Construction Managers and Construction Project Coordinators

Participate in daily construction project site reviews with Construction Site Superintendents to gain understanding of different aspects of construction process

Develop an understanding of both Bluebeam and Procore project management software and assist various Construction Management and Operations departmental staff in the tasks completed in those programs

Attend various design construction job conference meetings for ongoing projects to learn about the different internal and external project team member responsibilities

Complete various special projects to be determined based on the projects in progress during internship period

Performs various tasks related to the achievement of division objectives

Conducts research and gathers information and assists in creating presentations as required

Analyzes data and reports findings

Verifies and enters data into appropriate system, and updates electronic files

Provides clerical and administrative support as needed

Completes special projects as required

Applications are accepted from college students currently enrolled at an accredited college or university to pursue a four-year degree or to complete a master's degree program full-time

A four-year degree student should be completing sophomore, junior, or senior year (graduating in spring 2026 thru spring 2028)

Pursuit of Bachelor's degree with completion of sophomore year in a relevant field required
