Responsibilities
Own and evolve CoreWeave’s Operations strategy
Lead the execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives
Partner closely with the COO and senior Operations leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable programs with clear outcomes
Oversee initiatives such as international expansion, federal programs, and large-scale infrastructure efforts
Build a high-performing strategic programs organization
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program leadership within infrastructure, cloud, data center, or high-growth technology environments
Demonstrated experience owning both strategy development and end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives
Proven track record of building, scaling, or leading a PMO or strategic programs function
Experience translating ambiguous or early-stage ideas into structured operating plans, workstreams, and measurable outcomes
Strong analytical and operational planning capabilities, including portfolio prioritization, resource planning, and program governance
Experience partnering with executive leadership to sequence, resource, and execute large-scale initiatives
Ability to influence and align senior leaders across technical, operational, legal, and government-facing teams
Experience improving operational visibility through reporting, metrics, and execution discipline
Preferred
Experience supporting international expansion or global infrastructure programs
Exposure to federal, regulated, or government-adjacent programs
Background working closely with marketing, legal, or government affairs teams on external positioning or policy-related initiatives
