Responsibilities

Serve as a reliable agency contact for client sponsorship team and internal cross functional client teams
Support as a day-to-day contact of golf properties and talent relationships
Work with talent representatives to manage the contracts and all related assets & responsibilities for each brand ambassador – appearance hours, production days, autographed merchandise, etc
Manage and lead weekly status meetings by crafting agendas, driving the discussion, and proving recap summaries
Communicate regularly with various client stakeholders to deliver against their objectives
Collaborate with the client’s Sponsorship Marketing, Corporate Communications, Sales, Loyalty, Employee Engagement, Community Engagement, and Government Affairs teams to ensure the effective use of both hospitality and ambassador opportunities. This includes engagements, event tickets, employee activation, and Senior Leadership requests
Maintain and grow key relationships with property partners and vendors
Lead asset management (i.e., audit compliance, ticket allocations, and financial tracking)
Support other team and account wide activations
Assist with budget tracking and timely reporting
Consistently stay up-to-date with the travel industry and the sports world

Required

Minimum of two (2) years of partnership experience
Exceptional organizational skills while working flexible hours
Domestic travel will be required as necessary to attend partner meetings, events, and tournaments
Quick learner and can support the day-to-day communications with partners and clients

Strong self-starter with excellent team dynamics; exceptional sense to be proactive and jump in wherever needed
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team while also able to solve problems effectively and independently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
Exceptional work ethic, strong desire to succeed, and willingness to learn – intellectually curious
Extraordinary proficiency with Microsoft Office Software (specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
Collaborative in nature with a 'no job is too small' positive demeanor
Ability to take direction and run with it
Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed
Anticipated travel level: Low (0-15%)

Preferred

2+ years of sponsorship marketing experience, preferably within the golf space or sports industry
Previous experience working with brand ambassador talent/personalities, client partners, and client cross-functional teams is a strong plus
Experience working with athlete agents is a plus
