Responsibilities

You will manage all aspects of assigned projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder communication
You will lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams and subcontractors, establishing priorities and resolving conflicts as needed
You will ensure system designs meet all contractual and technical requirements
You will develop, maintain, and control the project master schedule, ensuring timely project completion
You will monitor and report project progress on a weekly and monthly basis
You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and project participants
You will manage risk throughout the project lifecycle and identify opportunities for process improvement
You will maintain overall responsibility for the project budget, to deliver results within or below financial targets
You will provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering cross-department collaboration and team development
You will perform additional duties as required to support project execution and organizational objectives

Required

You have a bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical field; equivalent industry experience may be considered
You have 5–8+ years of project management experience with increasing levels of responsibility and complexity in automation, parcel, warehouse, or similar industries
You have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects exceeding $10–$15 million in value
Ability to travel up to 50% or as required based on project demands
You are proficient in project scheduling tools and familiar with ERP/project management systems
You are skilled in project planning, execution, and managing competing priorities, with strong subcontractor coordination and vendor management experience
You can work with diverse stakeholders in complex environments, bringing excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail
Eligible applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position

Preferred

You have experience working within international or cross-functional team environments is preferred
