Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects across the IT department

Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Assist with user support: Respond to and resolve basic technical issues reported by end-users through various channels such as email, phone, or in person

Assist in testing and evaluating new software applications or system upgrades to ensure functionality and compatibility

Assist in monitoring network performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and implementing basic network configurations

Assist in data management: Support the IT team in data backup, recovery, and maintenance tasks

Assist with ongoing IT projects, such as system upgrades, software implementations, or network enhancements, under the guidance of senior IT staff

Required

Currently enrolled (or recently graduated) pursuing related degree

< 1 Year - Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to own a business

Basic oral and written communication skills

Familiarity with common word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, project management, e-mail software

Self-starter with the ability to manage his / her time and resources

Strong interpersonal and relationship building ability

Ability to be flexible and maintain a positive attitude

Determined and trustworthy
