Responsibilities
Establish and maintain metrics and indicators used to demonstrate process control and yield improvement
Employ Six Sigma quality tools to enable root cause analysis for nonconforming product
Gather and analyze data to support efforts to reduce cost and improve efficiencies
Work in cross function team atmosphere to ensure the delivery of high-quality components on schedule
Commissioning and qualification of new equipment and technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical (preferred)
Minimum of one to three years of related experience is preferred
Must have experience in analytical, computer and statistics (SPC and DOE) strongly preferred
Team first attitude, flexible, demonstrate a desire to provide solutions
Practical knowledge of manufacturing operations
Excellent verbal and technical writing skills
Must be able to work effectively across disciplines and to communicate effectively
Must be able to multi-task in a high paced environment
