Manage the firm’s Learning Management System (LMS) and update course offerings

Serve as a resource for attorneys and staff seeking guidance on professional growth opportunities

Assist with mentoring programs and performance feedback processes

Monitor participation and evaluate program effectiveness through surveys and metrics
