Responsibilities

Operate 24/7 to maintain extensive server infrastructure
Perform Smart Hands Tasks, such as plugging servers back in and fixing servers
Handle customer move-ins and manage carrier housing
Deliver internet connections through fiber and troubleshoot issues
Cover all internal network projects, moving signals from point A to point B, and combining installs and Smart Hands tasks
