Responsibilities
Meet sales quotas and expense budgets for assigned clients
Manage sales programs, promotional spending, distribution levels, shelf placement and strategic planning initiatives
Collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans to accomplish business goals
Work with retailer associates on Headquarter calls to implement programs
Own the relationship with clients
Make decisions regarding spending of clients’ trade funds to drive increased sales
Sign, implement, and execute contracts at customers on clients’ behalf
Work closely with internal associates to increase sales volume within a market
Service one or multiple clients’ goals
Encompass customer relations and implementation
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales and account management
Ability to meet sales quotas and expense budgets
Experience managing sales programs and promotional spending
Strong strategic planning skills
Ability to collaborate with clients and develop strategic plans
Experience working with retailer associates such as buyers and category managers
Ability to make decisions regarding spending of trade funds
Experience signing, implementing, and executing contracts
Ability to work closely with internal associates to increase sales volume
Experience servicing multiple clients' goals
