Associate Professional, Quality Management

The Associate Professional in Quality Management will analyze data to identify areas for improvement, coordinate projects between departments, and develop quality assurance procedures while training new team members.

Responsibilities
Analyze data (findings, defects, trending, etc.) making recommendations on areas for improvement and best practices. Identify gaps in business processes, documentation and or training and provide solutions/recommendations to management
Coordinate on-going projects, acting as main contact between Quality and other departments. Communicate regularly with department management regarding projects/initiatives. Show ownership of projects including scheduling meetings, creating action items, follow up and meeting deadlines
Develop test scripts/new audits utilizing comprehensive business requirements, functional documentation and processes
Identify and suggest changes to predetermined quality guidelines and policies. Develop and maintain Quality Assurance procedure and documentation
Evaluate large data amounts from different sources and develop summary reports, presentations and analysis for team/business
Train new team members on QA methodology, practices and specific audit measures. Validate new team member audit results, provide feedback and re-instruct as needed
Periodically conduct random loan sampling of teams/processes to establish quality levels of accuracy of the existing procedural process. Implement test scripts, record results, identify defects and perform preliminary root cause analysis/trending on defects
Assist in QA defect management process, monitor and report on defect resolution to management. Apply corrective action/remediation measures as needed for process/quality improvement utilizing action plans and Lean Six Sigma tools
Demonstrate effective collaboration with all customer and CoreLogic teams by building positive relationships, trust and respect between customers and CoreLogic. Work with the business units by assessing risk levels, collaborating on measurements and formulating recommendations for process improvements
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
4+ years experience in data analysis
Experience in Quality Assurance preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for reporting, presentations, information sharing
Intermediate to advanced computer skills to retrieve, query, create, update and manipulate documents and spreadsheets containing formulas (Microsoft, DB Viz, Microsoft Office Suite)
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects, work independently and meet deadlines
High aptitude in critical thinking and problem-solving skills including analytical skills
High level of initiative to improve processes, identify risk and make recommendations to all levels of the business
Able to hold teams and individuals accountable to defects, action items and changes in the process
Ability to identify Company Compliance requirements to ensure processes meet standards
In-depth understanding of the voice of the customer with ability to collaborate Quality program with internal customer, external customer and company needs
Ability to work on assignments and problems of a complex nature where analysis of data requires a variety of factors
Preferred
Experience in Quality Assurance
Experience in Lean Six Sigma and/or Root Cause Analysis
