Consult with clients on mortgage and refinance solutions
Guide borrowers from application through closing
Partner with elite processors and underwriters for fast closings
Build long-term client relationships and referral business
Qualification
Required
Sales mastery training: discovery, financial conversations, objections, and confident closes
One-on-one mentorship from some of Valorem's top Loan Officers
Live client conversations during training—not after
A proven advancement path with long-term income upside
Preferred
2+ years of sales experience (phone or call-center sales strongly preferred)
