Critical Home Repair Program Coordinator
Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity is dedicated to improving housing conditions in the community, and they are seeking a Critical Home Repair Program Coordinator to support their application process and operational initiatives. The role involves administrative support, communication with applicants, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements.

Responsibilities
Serves as the first point of contact for the Critical Home Repair application process and Off-Site Building Programs initiative. Responds to general inquiries, via phone and email
Provides general program and administrative support to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly
Administers the Critical Home Repair application process and follows-up as appropriate to obtain additional information
Utilizes a spreadsheet to track and maintain pertinent information and respective documentation from the application inquiry through to project completion
May assist the Director of Critical Home Repair and Off-Site Building Programs by attending homes of prospective applicants to review and assess exterior repairs needed
Participates in capturing before and after pictures to track alignment with project deliverables
Prepares all correspondence, letters, and meeting materials. Produces agreements (pre- and post-project) for both applicants and contractors
Assists Critical Home Repair Manager with ensuring compliance with grant requirements and criteria
Performs other duties of a similar nature as may be required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED Equivalent
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in office administration, front desk, or customer service-related roles
Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional demeanor
Ability to communicate with an audience from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy
Commitment to the mission of Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity and the principles of Habitat for Humanity International
Preferred
An Associate's degree or Certification in office management, project management, communication, or customer service is preferred
Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish preferred; all applicants welcome
