Senior Director, Demand Operations & Effectiveness
ABC Fitness is the leading technology provider for the fitness industry, seeking a seasoned leader for their Revenue Operations team. The Sr. Director, Demand Operations & Effectiveness will build and lead a global function to optimize the demand funnel and drive predictable growth through effective collaboration between Marketing and Sales.

Responsibilities
Build and lead a centralized Demand Operations function, spanning inbound/outbound SDR operations, marketing operations, and marketing technology
Architect processes, workflows, and governance to ensure speed, quality, and accountability across the entire demand funnel
Own MQL → SQL → SAL performance; partner closely with Sales to optimize conversion
Lead lead routing, segmentation, and assignment logic globally, ensuring SLAs and follow-up discipline
Define SDR operating model: cadences, tech stack, productivity metrics, and process playbooks
Strengthen cross-functional alignment between Marketing campaigns, SDR readiness, and Sales pipeline planning
Partner with Marketing on channel performance, funnel diagnostics, capacity planning, and forecasting
Create a predictable demand engine that supports Q+1 and Q+2 pipeline goals
Collaborate with Rev Intelligence and RevTech to drive system requirements, reporting accuracy, and funnel insights
Lead through ambiguity, stand up new operating rhythms, and influence executive stakeholders to align demand creation with revenue outcomes
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in Revenue, Demand, or Growth Operations within high-velocity SaaS or digital sales environments
Proven leadership across SDR and Marketing Operations, with experience building global functions
Deep understanding of GTM funnels, lead lifecycle, conversion optimization, and performance governance
Executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Strong analytical and operational background, with experience managing funnel models, capacity plans, and KPIs
Hands-on fluency in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms; knowledge of lead routing tools and workflow systems
A builder's mindset—thrives in white space and scaling functions from 0 → 1
High adaptability, entrepreneurial drive, and demonstrated cross-functional influence
Preferred
Prior leadership of a scaled, global SDR function
End-to-end revenue lifecycle ownership across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
Expertise in modern SaaS digital sales motions
Experience managing geo-dispersed teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC
Background in aligning tech stack and data strategy to GTM needs
