Responsibilities
Lead the quality department, overseeing quality engineers and technical staff
Provide hands-on technical quality and engineering support on-site and to regional facilities
Monitor, analyze, and report quality performance metrics and process improvements
Drive scrap reduction, root cause analysis, and corrective action initiatives
Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on quality concerns
Develop and manage the departmental budget with P&L accountability
Oversee internal audits and ensure compliance with IATF standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
3+ years of experience quality management
6+ years of Quality Engineering experience
Strong working knowledge of root cause analysis, GD&T, and quality tools
Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as this client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time
